Shipping & Returns

We ship to all locations Australia wide. All Shipping Rates are calculated live when you add a product to the Shopping Cart. Sometimes due to factors beyond our control shipping rates may have errors. Please click here to contact us if your unsure about your shipping quote.

Orders are processed on a daily basis Monday to Friday. Estimated shipping times are listed on the Shipping Estimator page and the Delivery Information page during checkout. Out of stock items are shipped once they have returned to stock. Your order status is updated once the item(s) is shipped. If your order status is set to PROCESSING it means that your order hasn't shipped yet.

Kelletts Hobbies want's all their customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. In the event there you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will happily organise an exchange or refund to you providing that the products are returned to us in re-saleable condition and the following terms have been met.

All items returned must be in original packaging and in unused condition. Items returned must include everything that originally came with the product. Such as instruction books, warranty cards, all accessories, etc.

If shipping your item back to us please include a note on a separate piece of paper as to why you are sending the item back to us. Please ensure that all items are packed securely and in protective packing material. As we cannot be held responsible for damaged items during transit if items are not packed carefully and securely.

Once the item is packaged securely please write the Return Authorisation notice on the packing material and address the package to:

Please ensure all parcels shipped back to us are sent via registered and insured mail as this will safe guard against the item going missing during transit.

Please note unless otherwise told by a Kelletts Hobbies representative all return shipping costs back to Kelletts Hobbies are the responsibility of the customer.
